While Joc Koe Stoe, Marty, and Freddie G were buying soda and chips at a gas station in Williston, Florida, they spotted a couple in trouble. That was the couple Rose and David Griest who were on the way to Orlando for Rose’s medical appointment.

The couple decided to take a break at the gas station. However, the trouble started when they tried to get back inside their SUV because they were no longer young. David, in reality, is over 100-years-old. His wife, Rose, is 101-years-old.

According to Joc Koe, 26, they saw the ancient couple having issues and decided to help them without second thoughts.

Rose was shaking and could hardly stay upright. Two of the young men assisted her inside, and the other handled the walker and gave her to David. He also warned the older man to watch his legs.

While this was happening, the Officer Kanesha Carnegie of the Levy County Sheriff’s Office passed by. She was going to assist, but she stopped when she realized that the three young people had everything under control. Instead, she decided to record the entire thing.

She then uploaded the video to Facebook, where it has over 4.9 million views have gathered. Also, Rose and the grandson of David, Tommy, said his grandparents do not use social media. But they’d be very happy if they had seen the video.

Three young men were locally known rappers, and Officer Carnegie knew they were good people in the neighborhood, she said:

“I wanted them to have that moment to show who they really are.”

David was very happy when the three young men helped them. He wished good luck and blessings to the Good Samaritans. Meanwhile, the young man was impressed that David and Rose were still up and about and traveling at such an old age!

A simple act of kindness can go viral, inspiring others to find goodness in the smallest deeds.
